Shipping and Delivery

We deliver across the UAE.

Free Delivery: Orders over AED 200.

Standard Delivery: AED 10 for standard parcels.

Remote UAE areas may incur an additional AED 10 delivery charge.

Dubai & Surrounding Areas:
Orders are usually delivered on the next business day, depending on courier schedule and delivery area.

Other UAE Locations:
Delivery usually takes 1–2 business days, depending on your location.

Deliveries are processed Monday to Saturday.

For international orders, shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as customs clearance, courier delays, public holidays, or remote area delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt for unused, unopened items in their original condition.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned product.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake or defective product.
