  • Order after 12:00 PM: Delivery in 2–3 days

  • GCC: 3–5 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders ship from our regional hub in Dubai, U.A.E.

You’ll receive delivery updates via WhatsApp to the number entered during checkout.

Import duties, taxes, or customs fees are not included in our product prices and must be paid upon delivery in your country.

Tracking:

If you are not using WhatsApp, use your tracking number and visit the Swftbox tracking portal for updates.

Returns

14-day return policy: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, sealed, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

• Once approved, we’ll send you return instructions

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately. For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email us within 24 hours of delivery:

• Order number
• Photos of the item

We’ll review the case and resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Bank or card processor timelines may add additional days.

If 15 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at concierge@dev.beauxsoi.com.

Note for Undeliverable International Shipments:

If Swftbox attempts delivery 3 times without success, we will refund the product cost. However, shipping, return, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable.
