Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original sealed packaging.
  • The product must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

How to request a return:

  • Email concierge@beauxsoi.com with your order number and reason for the return.
  • Our team will review your request and send detailed return instructions if approved.
  • You are responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back to us unless the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt:

We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.

If approved:

  • A full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at concierge@beauxsoi.com.

International Orders – Undelivered Packages

If an international shipment is returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or failure to receive delivery, the product cost will be refunded.

Original shipping fees, return shipping charges, customs duties, and clearance fees are non-refundable.
