Delivery Options & Charges

We ship all UAE orders through IQ Fulfillment from our Dubai facility.

Free Delivery: Orders over AED 200

Standard Delivery:

  • AED 10 for standard parcels (up to 5kg)
  • AED 15 for larger or heavier parcels, depending on size and courier classification
  • Remote UAE areas may incur an additional AED 10 delivery charge.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on parcel size, weight, and destination.

Delivery Time:

  • Cut-off time: 3:30 PM (UAE time)
  • Orders placed before 3:30 PM: Next Business Day Delivery
  • Orders placed after 3:30 PM: 1–2 Business Days
  • Deliveries are processed Monday to Saturday.

International Shipping

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.

Estimated delivery times:

  • GCC: 3–7 business days
  • Rest of World: 5–10 business days

Customs duties, VAT, and import taxes may apply depending on your country’s regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by customs processing or local carrier delays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

All international orders ship from our fulfillment facility in Dubai, U.A.E.

Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and any applicable governmental charges are not included in product prices unless otherwise stated and may be payable upon delivery, depending on your country’s regulations.

These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Customs duties and clearance fees for delivered or undelivered shipments are non-refundable.

Tracking

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates can be accessed via the courier tracking portal using your tracking number.

Returns

14-day return policy: Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, sealed, in original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Once approved, we will send you return instructions.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, email us within 24 hours with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will review the case and resolve it accordingly.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved.

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Bank or card processor timelines may add additional days.

If 15 business days pass and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at

Note for Undeliverable International Shipments

If delivery attempts are unsuccessful due to refusal, incorrect address, or non-collection, the order may be returned to origin.

In such cases, the product cost will be refunded. However, original shipping charges, return shipping fees, customs duties, and clearance charges are non-refundable.
