Returns & Refund Policy

At Beauxsoi, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Returns
We offer a 14-day return policy, meaning you have 14 calendar days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the original sealed packaging
- You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase
- The product must be in the same condition as when you received it
How to request a return:
- Email concierge@dev.beauxsoi.com with your order number and reason for the return
- Our team will review your request and send detailed return instructions if accepted
- You will be responsible for safely packaging and shipping the item back to us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, notify us within 24 hours of receipt:

- Include your order number and photos of the item(s) in question
We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.
If approved:
- A full refund of the product price will be issued to your original payment method
- Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or credit card issuer
If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at concierge@dev.beauxsoi.com.
International Orders – Undelivered Packages
For international shipments:
- If the courier (Swftbox) fails to deliver after three attempts, you will be eligible for a refund of the product cost
- Shipping fees, return costs, and customs clearance charges are non-refundable
